Robin Smeaton is Company Secretary of Edge Performance VCT and has a long career in tax efficient investments.

He is founder of City Partnerships (UK) Limited which provides company secretarial, fund administration, corporate communication, accounting, taxation and FSA compliance services to the alternative investment fund management sector. Robin is former company secretary of independent Scottish merchant bank, Noble Group, and head of its corporate administration services subsidiary, Noble Partnership.
